Lyrically Embedded is a project exploring the fragility of an image, experimenting with how an image's appearance can be manipulated by altering it's coding.

Taking inspiration from her own personal record collection, Lydia has created glitched images with the original coding information taken from the cover art, and has taken lyrics from that particular album and embedded them into the image codes, creating a warped and ‘physical’ meaningful new appearance to the album art.

'Lyrically Embedded' was exhibited as part of Extrospect exhibition at AWOL Studios.
